Buying a
Keypad (Clicker):
Make sure that you buy the correct
keypad with the required specifications, so please check with your instructor! As of Fall 2008, the XR model clicker (with an LCD screen) will be available, as well as the earlier RF model.
The bookstore will give limited credit when trading in an RF for an XR.
You can purchase a clicker at either the University Book Center in the Stamp Student Union or directly from TurningPoint (Note: prices quoted below, as of August 2008):
* Bookstore purchase option: Visit the University Book Center in the Stamp Student Union -- RF model: $35.45, XR model: $50.65.
* TurningPoint online purchase option: TurningPoint online store (be sure to use discount code: gGRS.) RF model: $28.00, XR model: $40.00, before shipping.
To purchase from the bookstore:
Step 1:
Go to the
University Book Center lower level (near the area where the
textbooks are kept)
Step 2:
Go directly to the
cashier.
Step 3:
Ask for a
ResponseCard RF or XR keypad. Specifications are as follows:

Note: Keypads are kept behind the counter, so you won't find one in bookstore unless you ask at the cashier.
